Shipping Information

We strive to ship all orders within 4-5 business days from the time payment notification is received. If there is a problem and we have the customers e-mail address we will contact them and let them know the status of their order.

We ship via UPS Ground which delivers your package to your doorstep. The average UPS shipping time is 3-5 business days. Please note that UPS does not consider the day of pick up as a day of shipping. The UPS Ground Rates are calculated on the web-page at check out for orders under $30.00. ALL ORDERS OVER $30.00 ARE SHIPPED FREE.

All UPS Air Services are calculated on the web-page regardless of the total amount of the order as FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY to Air Shipments. Please be aware that a signature may be required when an Air Shipment is delivered. RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Should an item be  damaged in shipment, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. Returns are not accepted without prior approval, at that time a Call Tag will issued for the merchandise with no shipping cost to the customer.  Upon receiving the damaged item we will either replace it, provided it is still available, or credit the customers credit card for the full amount charged.
